Seared duck breast thinly sliced with a sauce of honey, ginger and cardamom 

Raspberry Meringue

Fresh raspberry sorbet on meringue topped with whipped cream and a decadent raspberry sauce

Penne & Gouda

Also known as fancy mac and cheese. Penne pasta with applewood smoked bacon and gouda cheese.

Grill Station

Fresh scallops, spicy sausage, gator, or shrimp skewered and grilled at a separate station

Soft shell crawfish with a cracked black pepper sauce and shallots

#1 Yellow fin tuna and spicy aromatics wrapped in an egg roll and paired with a ginger and mandarin orange sauce

Veal Medallions

Medallions of veal tenderloin paired with a Northwestern Morel mushroom sauce

Fried Green Tomatos

South Carolina green tomatoes lightly battered and fried with a garlic and basil aioli, balsamic reduction and cucumber salsa with lime juice and Serrano peppers

Mussel Bisque

Mussels poached with white wine and cream with a touch of lemon (this can also be done as a rich chowder)
