Grilled wild boar marinated with coconut and red curry and served with a makrut lime and lemongrass sauce

Lowcountry Hash

Sweet potato and spicy wild boar sausage hash with sage and chestnuts served with maple syrup

Chestnut Meringue

Chocolate meringue with a European chestnut crème anglaise and decadent chestnut ice cream

Beef Tenderloin

Angus beef tenderloin grilled with rosemary and garlic and served with horseradish and dill and French bread

Scallops Villachai

Large sea scallops panko breaded with a sweet and sour chili salsa and a spicy Thai aioli

Penne & Gouda

Also known as fancy mac and cheese. Penne pasta with applewood smoked bacon and gouda cheese.

Grill Station

Fresh scallops, spicy sausage, salmon medallions, or shrimp skewered and grilled at a separate station (ask us about our othering grill station offerings)

An all time favorite. Soft shell crawfish with a cracked black pepper sauce and shallots

Tuna Egg Roll

#1 yellow fin tuna and spicy aromatics wrapped in an egg roll and paired with a ginger and lime sauce

Veal Medallions

Medallions of veal tenderloin paired with a chanterelle mushroom sauce

Quail Egg Quiche

Traditional quiche with smoked pancetta, gruyere cheese and fresh herbs

Fried Green Tomatos

South Carolina green tomatoes lightly battered and fried with a garlic and basil aioli, balsamic reduction and cucumber salsa with lime juice and Serrano peppers

Goose Breast

Grilled goose breast served with sautéed foie gras on a bed of spinach with a bittersweet Valencia orange sauce
