Formally trained in the French apprenticeship system under Philippe Million at the Michelin starred Hotel Million in Albertville, France, owner and chef Mike Jones brings his expansive knowledge of food and wine to your fingertips. Using only the finest ingredients, we will work with you to design a menu to match any vision, no matter how traditional or avant garde. Since no two parties are the same, we offer a fully customized menu to fit your needs and budget.

Indigo Jones Catering offers a wide variety of bar services to compliment your event. Our experienced and professional staff can handle all your beverage needs, from set-up to conclusion, so that you can sit back and enjoy the party. We are happy to help you select spirits, wine and beer for your wedding or event. Looking to add a personal touch? Ask us about creating a signature cocktail for a memorable experience. We a full bar service for off-site events and we have several beautiful, hand-made bars available to rent.
