Our culinary direction features an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients with inspiration drawn from French Nouvelle cuisine and traditional Southern cooking. Formally trained in the French apprenticeship system under Philippe Million at the Michelin starred Hotel Million in Albertville, France, owner and chef Mike Jones brings his expansive knowledge of food and wine to your fingertips. Using only the finest ingredients, we will work with you to design a menu to match any vision, no matter how traditional or avant garde. Since no two parties are the same, we offer a fully customized menu to fit your needs and budget.

Bar

Indigo Jones Catering offers a wide variety of bar services to compliment your event. Our experienced and professional staff can handle all your beverage needs, from set-up to conclusion, so that you can sit back and enjoy the party. We are happy to help you select spirits, wine and beer for your wedding or event. Looking to add a personal touch? Ask us about creating a signature cocktail for a memorable experience. We a full bar service for off-site events and we have several beautiful, hand-made bars available to rent.

Have a cellar full of wine? Collectors and wine enthusiasts often wait to uncork their finest bottles for a special occasion, which unfortunately, may be few and far between. But you don’t need a reason to make an occasion special! Let us help you design a menu around your personal wines and share an intimate dinner party with your closest (and luckiest) friends and family. If you are new to wine or have questions about pairing or collecting, Mike knows a thing or two about wine and is always happy to give advice.


Rentals &
Other Info

We can provide linens, tables, glasses, glass plates and silverware for most small events (typically less than 100 guests) upon request. We have several hand-crafted bars available to rent, including our show-stopping horseshoe bar finished with a copper top.

We provide professional servers, bartenders and an on-site chef. To guarantee professional and experienced service, all staff are Indigo Jones Catering employees.

Even similar or seemingly identical parties can and will vary greatly in price. Preparation, length of the party, location and the number of staff required are some of the factors that affect the cost. We are happy to provide a firm quote that includes all staff, food, rentals, taxes, etc.
